Print Smith Shipping Policy

At Print Smith, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policies below to understand our processes and timelines.

Processing Time

  • Non-Custom Order Fulfillment: All Non-Custom orders are processed within 1–5 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
    • Black, White, and Grey Apparel Colors are Generally Shipped in 1-3 Business Days
    • All Other Apparel Colors, Ship in 1-5 Business Days (Pending Stock Levels)
  • Custom Order Fulfillment:   All Custom orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time based on design specifications, consultation, etc. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
  • Business Days: Our processing times apply to business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays)

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and preferred shipping method
  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided below:
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, etc.)

Local Pickup

  • We offer a local pickup option for customers in the Central Indiana Area.  Our shop location is in Greenfield, Indiana. Please select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pickup
  • Local Pickups are generally ready in 1-5 Business Days

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are exploring international shipping options and hope to expand in the future.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Print Smith is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed to the carrier. For assistance with lost or delayed shipments, please contact us at info@weareprintsmith.com or Contact Us, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your items, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number. We will work with you to correct any errors or offer a replacement.
