Print Smith Return Policy

At Print Smith, we prioritize delivering high-quality custom apparel products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer store credit on eligible returns. Please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom-printed items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or printing error on our part.
  • Non-Custom Items: If you purchased a ready-made or non-customized item, returns are accepted within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@weareprintsmith.com or Contact Us within 5 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  3. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the product is deemed defective.

Store Credit

  • Approved returns will be eligible for store credit, which can be used toward future purchases at Print Smith.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the store credit amount.

Exchanges

  • For items that arrive damaged or if there was an error in your order, we offer a replacement of the same item. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt to request an exchange.

Final Sale Items

  • Clearance items, gift cards, and any items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.
